  • Where is your studio located?

    We’re based in Athens, Georgia (USA). We don’t use warehousing services, so everything purchased on our store is packed in-house with care and shipped directly from our studio.

  • What's the best way to find your products?

  • Are you currently able to fulfill orders, and will I experience any delays?

    Yes, we’re actively fulfilling orders year-round. Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days.

    Occasionally, handling times can stretch a bit longer during major product launches, holidays, or when we’re traveling for conventions. If anything is expected to run outside that window, we’ll note it on the product page or contact you directly.

    Once a package is with the carrier, delivery speed is determined by them, so we can’t guarantee exact arrival dates. We’ll always do our part to get it out quickly and packed safely!

  • What does it mean if an item is “Coming Soon” or a "Preorder"?

    Items marked “Coming Soon” or "Preorder" are upcoming releases or products pending restock. If your order includes a Coming Soon or Preorder item, the entirety of your order will ship together once any pending item(s) become available. If you’d like in-stock items shipped sooner, just contact us before ordering, and we can usually arrange a split shipment for an additional shipping charge.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Our orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, with handling times typically ranging from one to three business days for non-preorder items. Once shipped, US deliveries usually arrive within 2 to 10 business days, depending on your location and local postal service efficiency. International shipment times vary based on destination, customs, and carrier, generally taking between two to six weeks. Please note that tracking updates for international orders may pause or slow after leaving the US, depending on the destination carrier.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Absolutely! We accept orders from customers around the world. International shipping costs may be higher and delivery times longer, but we ensure all packages are professionally packaged and include tracking when available.

    Please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery timeframes for international orders. Once your package leaves our facility, its delivery is outside of our control, and after leaving the country, it is entirely in the hands of local carriers. We appreciate your understanding of these limitations.

    Additionally, be aware that your country may charge VAT, customs, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Why is shipping to some countries so expensive?

    Shipping to some countries is costly because reliable, fully-tracked international services to those regions have high carrier rates. We use the safest, most dependable options available to keep your artwork protected and trackable, but that means the base price is higher.

    Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, package size, and the carrier’s current pricing. We do not inflate those rates beyond what it actually costs to ship securely. In many cases, we absorb part of the shipping cost ourselves. We know it’s a lot, and we genuinely appreciate your understanding.

  • Will the colors look exactly like my screen?

    We do everything we can to represent colors accurately, but screens vary. Slight shifts in brightness or saturation are normal, especially for metallic/iridescent finishes.

  • Are the images printed with the watermark shown in the product photos?

    No. Watermarks are only used online to help protect the artwork. All our images are printed without watermarks.

  • Are prints signed by the artist?

    Typically, prints are shipped without a signature unless requested.
    If you would like any of your prints signed by the artist, just tell us in the notes at checkout.
    If you would specifically prefer a print NOT to be signed, please note that instead. When a signature is requested, our default location is the bottom front corner with only the sole artist's signature. If you would like the signature in a different location (such as on the back of the print) or additional text (such as a dedication to the recipient), please specify.

  • Can I include a gift note?

    Yes! If your item is a gift, simply leave a note at checkout and we’ll include a small message. We don’t include prices on packing slips.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Currently, we accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and AfterPay, where supported by our store platform and your region. Simply select your preferred method at checkout.

  • Why is my coupon or discount code not working?

    Please note that our store platform permits only one discount or coupon code per order. This means that coupon codes, automatic sales, and free-shipping offers cannot be combined or stacked. If your code isn’t working, first check whether another discount is already applied in your cart. If you need any assistance, reach out and we can do our best to help.

  • What is the "Handling Fee" and why am I being charged this?

    Our store platform, Storenvy, charges a small handling fee for each order. This fee is paid directly to Storenvy, not to us, and we cannot modify, remove, or refund this charge. To ensure transparency, this fee will be included in your total order amount before finalizing your purchase.

  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    Because of the limited edition nature of our items, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll make it right.

  • What if something is wrong with my order?

    We carefully package each order and have successfully shipped thousands of packages. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact our team immediately with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will do our best to resolve the matter to the best of our ability.

  • What if I can't find what I'm looking for?

    If you are looking for a product or image that is not currently listed or available in our shop, please send us a message through the Contact page. If it’s something we can make available, we’ll do our best to help!

  • Do you take commissions?

  • Does purchasing an original artwork give me the rights to the image?

    When purchasing an original artwork, the buyer acquires ownership of the physical piece solely for personal display and collection purposes. All intellectual property rights, including reproduction, licensing, and commercial use, remain solely with Katy Lipscomb LLC. For inquiries regarding licensing, reproduction, or commercial use of the image, please contact us directly to discuss available options.

  • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
