This product is for individuals who wish to use one of our images as a tattoo reference. By adding this item to your cart, this will provide you with a signed copy of a one-time usage agreement for the printed image to be included in your order. Not all images that we have available for purchase as prints are available to be used as tattoos. Prior consent must have been asked and granted via email before placing this order or you risk the order being cancelled. We no longer offer digital copies as the agreement must be physically present for most tattooists to accept. Purchase of this item constitutes your agreement to all terms and conditions listed here as well as on our website.

Steps:
1. Email to ask us permission to use one or more of our premade images as a tatoo reference.
2. If permission has been granted, we will send you a link to this item.
3. Add this item along with a print of each image you wish to use to your cart. A single usage agreement for a single image is included with this order so please add as many usage agreements as you wish to receive in your cart (for example, if you want two prints as tattoos, you must add two of these agreements to your cart.)
4. Check out as usual, providing shipment and payment information. Please include your legal name and address in the shipping notes if they are different from your shipping name and address.
5. Your prints and other items will be shipped along with your usage agreement.
6. Take the printed image AND the physical usage agreement with you to your desire tattoo artist. Work with them to ensure they can recreate the image in tattoo form with any changes you might deem necessary.
7. Enjoy your awesome tattoo! We'd love to see if you'd like to send us a photo of the finished piece!
